My time is winding down in Hawaii, and while I've visited the big island, I have not played any golf there. Thankfully, I'll be checking that block on 3/21 when I fly to the big island to play Mauna Kea!

The Mauna Kea tees are as follows:

Since I want to enjoy myself, I'm planning on playing the resort tees but I'm guessing the friend I'll be playing with (he's around scratch) will play from the Tournament tees. There are a ton of courses to choose from on the big island, and of the public options, Mauna Kea is considered in the top 5 pretty much everywhere. Needless to say I'm excited, and will be posting a large photo dump in this thread after the round!

Played that course many times. It was featured prominently on Links LS in the 90's. 🤣
