Bag adjustment

Has anyone ever had trouble adjusting your bag straps?

I bought a sun mountain last year and mainly used my pushcart. I was carrying the other day and noticed that my bag is super uncomfortable and I just can't get the straps correct so the bag sits fairly horizontal and in a comfortable spot.

Any advice?

I don't have a problem with my SM strap but then I rarely use it. Just from the car to the cart and vice versa. Unrelated the only thing I don't like about my SM bag are the liners which are starting to tear inside the bag - so every time I pull out a club, thread comes with it.

I have a SM bag and I literally played around with the straps in my living room for two hours to get them right. I tried what was suggested in the how to video and that did not work for me. After a bunch of experimentation pulling different straps in different ways, I was finally able to get to a comfortable setting.

Yeah it did nothing but frustrate. I was hoping someone would say oh for SM you need to do this magic trick and it's super easy. 

 

I guess I'll have to do the same thing you did and just try to adjust it at home until I get it right.

They don't make the straps long enough IMHO.
