The Swede BC 0
I'm looking to re-shaft my Cleveland RTX CB 2.0 56 & 60 degree wedges to match Cobra one length F8 irons (37.5"). I've read that wedges are typically outfitted with 8 iron shafts in a stiff flex. Can anyone offer me some advice? Thanks! Quote Link to post
cnosil 15,603
The difficultly won't be extending the shaft. The goal of one length is more than just having the clubs at the same length, it is also about feel. Once you extend the shaft, you are probably going to have to remove weight from the head to get the same feel and proper distancing. 1 Quote Driver: G400 Max 9* w/ KBS Tour Driven Fairway: TS3 15* set to 16.5* w/Project X Hzardous Smoke Hybrids: 816H1 19* set at 18* w/KBS Tour Graphite Hybrid Prototype 915H 21* w/KBS Tour Graphite Hybrid Prototype 915H 24* w/KBS Tour Graphite Hybrid Prototype Irons: TR20V 6-11 w/Vizard TR20-85 Graphite Wedge: 588 54-14, 58-12 Putter: Ten S Backups: 6330, ER2.2, Member: MGS Hitsquad since 2017 Link to post
The Swede BC 0
Thanks for the advice. I've read similar things. I'll have to give it some more thought. Quote Link to post
