chisag
... I am guessing it is different in different locations. We have plenty of Muni's in the Chicago area that barely get by or even operate at a loss. 15 minute tee times and 2somes only means probably all of them will be operating at a loss, at least until things get back to somewhat normal. So revenue is a huge factor if they want to stay alive. Not so much a problem for me because I play almost exclusively at twilite and after the initial spring rush, I can usually just walk on without a tee time. Maybe the first couple of twilite tee times are taken but always plenty of time to finish before dark. If I was a morning golfer I imagine might find a different scenario. revkev and bens197 2 Quote Driver: Qi10 10.5* ... Ventus Red Velocore 5R Fairway: Aerojet 3/5 ... DaveP043
Is there reason to start thinking about these clubs again? As I read it, California is beginning to relax restrictions, moving into what they term Stage 2. Some non-essential business (including sporting goods stores) are going to be allowed to open, with significant precautions. Manufacturing facilities that supply these stores are going to be allowed to open as well, once again with significant precautions. Does this mean that the Titleist club-assembly plant in Carlsbad may begin operating soon? We've been getting updates pretty regularly with honest assessments of the likely schedule, its not like we've been kept in the dark, or that promises have been made and not kept. Yeah, I would love to have the clubs right now, but nobody should take additional risks of significant illness or death just to build golf clubs for me.
