Friday clean up project.

Got some free time today. So I just washed my old Cleveland staff bag, it was super yellow.

I think it came out great.

What do you guys think?

Degreaser to loosen up the dirty. 

Then scrubbed some oxyclean gel for a couple of hours and a lot of elbow grease

I always wash my clubs after every round, so mine are all good!

After the annual deep clean of my sun mountain bag which has a nylon fabric type material I spray it with 303 Protectant (find it in the marine aisle in your big box store) once a year. Then all I need to do is lightly scrub with a degreaser like dawn or a car wash soap and spray clean with the hose. The 303 is primarily used to protect and waterproof fabrics like Sunbrella on boats. FYI I also use it on my golf shoes.

I have removed the Cleveland from play, it is now just a future mancave piece that will sit on the corner with some old clubs just for display, now for my carry Titleist bag, I will have to try that tip, since I want to have it last as long as possible.

FYI if you're using it - spray your bag/shoes outside the house otherwise you're family will hate you. However, it does dry pretty quickly in the sun.

Again thank you, the wife would have a fit if I stink up the house with anything.

I just got a new bag with a lot of white in it. I will make a note of your cleaning technique for future use. Thanks for sharing.
