New Mizunos in the bag

Gorgeous.  I almost got the Mizunos but ultimately went with Pings.  They are great clubs though.

I bought myself some MP-18 SCs in February and it was the best decision I've made in a long time.  After I did that, a buddy upgraded his JPX 900s to the HMBs.  Hope you like them.

Three rounds in with the new mizzys so I thought I would report back on some initial thoughts. Being early in the season and a club/shaft change to boot, it took me a bit to get in a groove with them, but once I started making solid swings, I fell in love. First, these clubs are as beautiful at address as they are in the bag. Second, I have played irons from multiple different manufacturers over the years, and I can now affirm that there is something to the #nothingfeelslikeamizuno slogan. On a well struck shot, both the HMB and MMC (even more so) felt so unbelievably amazing. I have never experienced irons that felt this nice; simply pure.

I even got a "nice shot" from a gentleman playing in front of me who was near the next tee as I flushed a PW to about 5 feet or so on an approach. I can't remember the last time a shot of mine garnered any attention from those playing around me, at least attention that was not preceded by me yelling, "fore!". Ultimately, if you have the ability, I would strongly recommend the the HMB/MMC combo. You will love them!
