coyote_jones
Anyone have any favorite golf movies/documentaries available to stream? Documentaries a plus for me. I'm currently, as in right this moment depending on when you read this, watching "The Short Game." So far so good. palvord
The series "Hogan" that Golf Films did was really awesome. I'm not sure where it is available to be streamed, but I'm sure some hunting on YouTube would pop up results. Here's a link to the Golf Films website. Looks like they have a bunch of different series available: https://www.golf-films.com/ Quote In my Ultralight Stand Bag: Driver: Rogue 10.5° - LH - Project X EvenFlow 60 Stiff Woods: King F9 - LH - 3/4 Wood - Atmos Blue TS 7 Stiff King F9 - LH - 5/6 Wood - Atmos Blue TS 7 Stiff Irons: King F9 - LH - 5-GW - KBS C-Taper Lite Stiff Wedges: King Black - LH - 52° 56° 60° - KBS Hi-Rev 2.0 Stiff Putter: - Impact No. 3 Ball: Maxfli TourX Rangefinder: LX5 Watch Link to comment

chisag
... Here are few hidden little gems. They have flaws of course as do all golf films but enjoyable none the less: 7 Days In Utopia A Gentlemans Game From The Rough (a little silly at times but all in all not too bad) 2 1 Quote Driver: SIM2 Max 10.5* ... cciciora13
Arnie the series on the Golf Channel was really cool. It offered alot of insight and was offered in different parts so it didn't need to be watched all in one sitting. In just a general golf movie-- can't go wrong with tin cup!!! chisag
... Kinda funny but I hated Tin Cup the first time I saw it. Previews made it seem like it was about a US Open and of course it barely looks like a Satellite Tour event. But once I knew it wasn't about golf but more a buddy movie involving some golf, it became one of my favorite guilty pleasures. I have probably seen it close to 20 times. 5 Quote Driver: SIM2 Max 10.5* ... AD-IZ 6SR Fairway: SIM2 Max 15/18* ... Tensei Raw Blue 65R Hybrids: RBZ Tour Hybrid 21.5* ... sixcat
Dead Solid Perfect is on Youtube. Search DSP Golf Movie. I think Golf Channel is missing a golden opportunity at a time like this by not making a lot of their content available to stream. Those Golf Films linked above would be pure gold right now. 3 Quote Link to comment

Retrop
It has to be The Greatest Game Ever Played for me. Nothing like a young Shia Labeouf to make a movie worth watching! Just kidding, he's pretty average in this one. It's a great story though, and Ouimet's caddy is a phenomenal character. GambyGolfGuy
This is perfect thread for being stuck indoors every day. This past weekend my newspaper ran the Associated Press selections for top 25 sports movies of all time. They polled 70 sports writers. One golf movie: Caddyshack at #4 overall. Actually thought that was high when considering every sports movie, but I would probably have it in my personal top 5. I think Caddyshack, Happy Gilmore, and Tin Cup are the holy trinity of golf flicks. Haven't seen The Greatest Game Ever Played. Will give that a look based on these suggestions.
