How would play this shot??

I'd love to hit a 56 degree wedge just over the slope/mound and let it feed back down to the right. Key is to not spin it too much

That's a 58* wedge, landing about 10 yards short and left of the pin... Should roll right up and have a few feet up hill for a putt.

I'm going with either my 9 iron or PW and playing a bump and run.  Use the loft of the club to make sure it doesn't run out too far.  That's just me.

Tough to tell distance wise and how steep of a left to right but first glance and quick judgement I would play a nice pop and roll with a 50 in the general area below let it funnel and run towards the hole easy putt

This is my first thought too. If the green has significant grain towards the hole it will be tricky to get the backspin just right. Land it on the upslope and it’ll likely come up short. Land it on the downslope it won’t stop. I think I’d play a PW and hold the face off so it comes in a bit softer than an 8 and try to lay it just short of the top that dome there. It’s the flattest landing area with the the largest margin of error.

If I was hitting everything really pure that day, I might clip it thin with a slightly open 56* and fly it close and try to check it.

A little 8 iron bump and run towards the palm tree. Let the grain and gravity take care of the rest.

That’s why many of us bump and run. If you scull it, it’s about the same distance as airborne if you choose the loft that’s distance comparable to putting.

I love my LW. I add forward press and use a putting stroke for a one hop and stop. Tap in birdie.

I'd opt for a putter or 22 deg. hybrid to take the spin out of the equation. Took awhile for me to get the hybrid option consistent enough to use on the course, since it would come off the face a little too hot to gauge distance very well. Just had to commit to a very specific ball placement in the middle and firm wrists and stick with it. Now my distance control with that shot is more consistent than my putter. Helps to have a hybrid with a nice rolled front edge and rounder sole from toe-to-heel, like the TaylorMade RBZ ... very user friendly off tight lies and thicker rough.
