revkev
Great list Kenny - SuperSpeed recommends morning workouts - I quickly found out that I was faster in the late afternoon - do I did mine after work. It got tough after the move away from daylight savings, particularly during a January cold snap. You also want to have a rest day in between - Experiment with swing tempos to see which one creates the fastest speeds - think fast, not hard. Popular Post alisarodriguez15
Hey guys! Thanks for all the sweet words and suggestions. I am soooo excited to get started and have been looking to buy some of these for my birthday coming up. So the fact I was chosen is the best early birthday present! I am currently working my way up through the mini tours trying to make it to the LPGA. Right now my swing speed is at about 103mph. I am a very consistent driver player and am really excited to see if I could gain even more distance off the tee, allowing me to really hit some short clubs into the pins. Feel free to keep up with my journey on here and instagram! @alisarodriguezgolf Thanks again to MGS and SuperSpeed for selecting me! Please let me know if any of you have any questions. DriverBreaker
So apparently today is Rory McIlroy's birthday. Some argue him to be the best driver on tour right now. His average ball speed with driver for the 2019 season was 179.45. The PGA Tour average was 170.96. My average from my most current driver fitting was 169. Do you think SuperSpeed could realistically get me to Rory-level ball speed? BTW, the leader is Cameron Champ with an unholy ball speed average of 190.7! Gig 'em Aggies. DriverBreaker
So in addition to the forum posts and updates, I'm thinking about doing an ongoing YouTube documentary of the SuperSpeed program. I think it would be a good thing, and I would watch it. When going through the 2018 review, I watched some YouTube about the system and saw some good videos and some bad ones. Recently, I watched once from Mr Short Game, whom I enjoy, and the review was pretty bad and funny at the same time. He was taking 10 swings with every stick for every protocol. Needless to say, he was exhausted at the end. It pays to read the instructions. I do think a vlog would be an excellent idea, it would provide information for the forum and be a great way to keep the motivation up. I would prefer to read and feel like I can read the same info in about a third to half the time that videos take. I’m almost done with “week 11” workouts and have noticed my max green speeds seem slow compared to my actual driver swings.
