J/k, note the battery level. Swapped them out and things returned to normal, but those 4 swings did feel pretty fast (min of those 4 read 140 - yeah, right 🤣).

Be on the lookout for my stage 2, which will drop some time in the next week.

The first couple sessions with the double step definitely made me feel like I was dancing wearing two left shoes!

Lol, same. The other issue I've had with it is when I do the little forward swing like Daisy in the demo, the radar will occasionally pick up that little swing, so I've had a bunch that read like 25-30.

No pictures or anything for this update, but they will come with the next.
A few things to note over the last few weeks. I've been tired and sore and simply lacking a bit of overall energy. If I could put a finger on what exactly it is I would, but simply put I have not been sleeping great and there have been some added stressors in life that I believe have had a big factor in all of that. My numbers have stayed pretty close to where they have been for the last while, however the AFTER driver swings have slowed down and become a lot closer to the average and not quite seeing that peak after swings as I was before. Again I can believe this is more or less because of fatigue. It has also been HOT! and with the additional kneeling swings it has provided extra work and by the time I am done the protocols I am exhausted.
Things have settled in a bit now and I am back to work for really the first time in months which is great and hoping that with this those stress' will decrease and sleep will come a bit easier and therefore speeds will pick back up a bit.
One other things which was talked about before we started this as testers was to make sure we were dedicated to doing this. I will admit there have been times where its a bit tough, but have continued to plug through and get the reps in even when speeds slow or you're simply just tired. It makes such a big difference when your body is loose and you're fired up and ready to go, speeds come easier and think its a great sign for how your mindset can be going into a round of golf as well.
This is a long program and a lot of work, but the results overall speak for themselves, if you want to gain speed and want to get extra yards then this is something that really needs to be considered. It is proved both on tour and at a amateur level to work and be successful. Its a journey and with it comes ups and downs, but in the end it is all worth it for those swings that the ball is mashed and you're 1-3 clubs less into a green then you were before.
Looking forward to getting some short videos and photos up soon and some graphs which will show the results over the last little while.

I'm sure it was a misread due to low battery.

Is it normal to see a dip from session 1 to session 2?

session 1 was smoking. 121 green 118 driver

session 2 was not... couldn’t get over 111 with the green. And like 113 full out driver

I've seen 1-session dips here and there throughout the protocol.  Could be a lot of things factoring in and wouldn't worry about it unless you start seeing a trend.

I think something I've learned through all of this is that some days are just a lot better then others.

Tough to say normal or not, but there are so many factors that come into play with sleep, energy, time of day, weather or heat that there are always ups and downs.

With that being said if you post a video and mention Superspeed they will often look at it and give some tips on getting a extra gear.

Shankster I agree with Apollowshowl here. Some days it is just going to be slow. Down south we’ve got extreme heat and humidity that just saps your energy some days. Combine that with lack of sleep due to parenthood and/or restless nights and it is just par for the course. If it is a consistent trend for a few weeks, then maybe revisit it.

Looks like rain on forecast for much of this week.  I might actually get to play a round of golf on Saturday though!  I've been averaging 1 round per month with no practice, so it should be interesting if I do get to play.

Same here - speed fluctuations due to a lot of factors. I no longer look at my daily numbers but instead weekly trends. Longer term I'll probably abandon the weekly trends for monthly trends.

Yep - if you’re tired, time of day, stress level, weather conditions, any or all might contribute to faster or slower speeds.

Haha- one of the things I've learned from using the Super Speed sticks is that my backswing is consistently at 25 mph on the radar unit. I never even thought about backswing speed before.

It looks like a good day to play golf!

It's my irons and wood/hybrids that I see the big difference. But then I have more confidence in those clubs then my driver. Even thought I'm pretty accurate with my driver. With my driver, I'm so focused on path that I don't just swing away like with other clubs.

That's interesting. I think I'm gaining a little off the tee, but I can't be sure. Columbus has been in a dry spell for a while and the ball is running in the fairway. My instructor mentioned he thought my clubhead speed is higher in a lesson when I was hitting a 6 iron. I think my carries haven't changed much. Time to get on the Flightscope I guess.

It looks like a good day to play golf!

Well written review @MaxEntropy , Thank you for posting it.

You hit on something at the end that I was just thinking about. I used to have a lot of lower back pain and I thought it was exacerbated by practicing. Once I started on Super Speed a month ago, my lower back pain has disappeared, just like you mentioned in your review. Oh and while I'm just in the intro protocol I've gained more than I expected when I do the workout.

I'm glad to hear it!

From seeing Dr's and Chiropractors, I knew my issue was more related to core strength and flexibility, so I'm not surprised this has helped, but nothing else I've done has been as effective.
