Tom the Golf Nut
Just letting you all know what I think about the Bag Boy Chiller Cart Bag. I have used this for the past season. The bag is on the large size so you have plenty of storage space. Eight pockets, 1 cooler pocket and two mesh pockets all outside accessible. And there is an external umbrella holder sleeve. There is also a divot tool pocket and pencil holder pocket on the outside. The main problem is since there are so many large pockets you want to fill them. (Then it gets heavy) This bag has 14 full length divider sections for clubs and a putter well large enough for the oversize putter grips. I have mid size grips and no issues with the divider sleeves. The strap is a single strap basically to get you to the cart or clubhouse. There are 4 handles, one on back and one front low to get the bag in and out of the truck of the car easily. There are two molded handles on either side on the top of the bag for easy lifting on to the cart. (These are nice) The cooler is a nice feature and keeps the beverages cool throughout the round even without ice packs. It will hold a six pack of normal size cans. The cooler fits the cans lying on their side.Tall boys and bottles are an issue if you need to consume more than a few! Absolutely no issues on quality and functionality so far. Works great on a cart. On a push or pull cart I have not seen any rotation issues as long as the straps are tight. The bag is oval shaped so it will rotate if you use one of the course pull carts that dont have straps. Since the beverage cooler and the ball pocket is in the front so is the weight adding to the rotation tendencies. Again this bag works better than others I have used on pull carts. The rain cover attached with snaps as most but there are eight snaps. It takes a time or two to get the hood on the right way. Once you do it a few times its not an issue. Airline travel with this bag presents its challenges. You will need an extra large travel bag. If you have anything smaller than a Last Bag Large Pro it will not fit. I have another travel bag that fits standard bags and this golf bag is a no fit in that one. So keep that in mind if you travel and play. I would reccomend this bag for players that use golf carts. If I were to do it over I would probably opt for the same brand and model except in the hybrid version. CrazyGolfNut
Looks almost like a Datrek which I have used for the past several years. Looks like they share the same designs under diff names.
