Nic, you guys doing this with fittings outside, correct? How long was the training for this? Just curious - they say its intuitive, but sounds pretty involved. We had the system in place for a few weeks, and played with it everyday for a couple of hours to figure out the nuts and bolts of how the software worked. FWIW, we have had Launch Monitors at my facility for years, and most of my guys know what #'s they are looking for. Then we had a Ping Factory rep come and do a full day training with us. We all had one on one time with him, getting really indepth with the system. As with anything, the more you use it, the better you get on it.
