LabWorx Putters

I had a Ping B60 with TR grooves done by LabWorx and the finish was fantastic. I had them powder coat (?) the putter from copper color to a dark gray and that held up nicely. I had the paint fill for the grooves painted yellow and after putting one round on freshly sanded greens, I did notice a small chip in the yellow grooves, but that was the only issue over the two years of using that putter. I know the owner and he does fantastic stuff. Check his instagram page. The coating didn't add a lot of weight to my putter, even with the shaft coated as well. In fact, I don't think it changed my swing weight at all. My only word of caution is to be careful using any sort of refinished putter on sanded greens. I think regardless of who refinishes your putter, it does run the risk of getting scratched.

I had two putters done - sent them in one at a time. Had been thinking about it for a looong time before I finally pulled the trigger.  Was nervous about sending my babies off... but they did a great job.  Asked questions because I wasn’t clear about what I wanted. Got them back and couldn’t be happier. 

 

Really like what they did w the shafts.  They even took up and replaced a Superstrike grip I can’t find on the market anymore.
