I have a 40oz water bottle that I bring with me and that didn't cut it last week. Probably need to supplement that with a big bottle of Gatorade.

I was about to buy a 40oz insulated bottle, but then decided not to since I’m having to refill all the time anyway. Yesterday I just took my 24 oz insulated bottle, a small cooler filled with ice packs and small Gatorade bottles, and kept refilling. A couple courses don’t allow outside coolers, so I buy the biggest waters/Gatorades they have and refill the same 24oz insulated bottle throughout the round. I’d have to bring an actual jug filled with ice and water if I was going to bring enough liquid for the whole round. It’s been so hot that I still think I’d have to add more in one of those too.

Trying to avoid the hot dogs and gatorades. So anymore it's water, trail mix/nuts, or apples.

Unless it's a beer day....

Since I play about 4 times a week, my routine during the Summer is:

1 Nature Valley Protein Bar

1 pack of Nabs(Peanut Butter or Cheese filled crackers) I call them "Nabs" because they were from Nabisco when I was a kid.

1 20 oz bottle of Gatorade

1 "yeti" style cup with ice and water....when the water is gone I pour the Gatorade in the cup.

Usually a granola bar or two. Ive never had an uncrustable, but the wife buys them for the kids at costco by the case so ill probably try them tomorrow. Can't wait to see the look on my dads face eating that on a Ross course, well whats left of his design at least.

I'm on intermittent fasting, so just water til lunch.

If I'm playing a competitive round that goes beyond lunch (which is always) then I'll take a banana, granola bar or sandwich. Still only drink water.

Once the round is over, all the alcohol I can take 😄

These are so so so tasty. They have a horrible amount of sugar, so that's probably why they're so good, but damn if they're not the best granola bar-esque snack I've ever had. Too bad they have sunflower seeds in them as I'm semi allergic. Makes my mouth and throat itchy so I can't eat these while playing anymore -it's distracting me from my 100 swing thoughts!

... I met the guy that started the company at the PGA Show many years ago. He was a skier in Colorado and made the bars for himself and some friends. They talked him into producing  and selling them. They needed the sugar for the high intensity of skiing to get a burst of energy. When a company came in and bought him out they just didn't change the recipe. I figured they may cut the sugar but kept everything just the way it was. Rare for a company to be that smart. But I don't eat sugar or sugar products as a rule, other than these ProBars so it works for me. Sorry about the allergy, that really sucks.

Are we talking about the bars with like 20 to 25 grams of sugar as being a lot of sugar?

Per half bar, yeah. So like 40-50g per bar.

I am seeing them as having like 20 to 25 grams of sugar per bar depending on the flavor for the whole bar, at least based on the website nutrition facts. Total carbs is in the 40 to 50 gram range.
