Need Some Help

So I played a crap round to my standards and now get to play a local tournament. (first time playing competitive golf). Reflecting back on my round I felt like I was in my head the whole game and not just focusing on the shot at hand. Tried to talk positive to myself the whole time but just couldn't shake overthinking EVERY shot. Any advice fellow MGS members?😞

Use :Arccos: for all clubs. Love the feedback and caddie options the app provides.

Remember its just a game and the game of golf can be a monster. Have fun enjoy the little victories. When you have a bad shot give it the 5 second rule where you can beat yourself up for it for 5 seconds then move on. As for over the ball I like the think box and the swing box, behind the ball you can think about a million things but once you cross 'the line' all you do is set up and swing away.
