Testers ANNOUNCED! Tour Edge Hybrid EXS Pro Hybrid

Recommended Posts

First Name / State of Residence:

Jamie / NY

Current Hybrid in Play

PXG 0317 original, 22 turned down to play it open with a steel shaft

What is the most important thing to you in a hybrid

ideally, something that can stay straight. Versatile out of the rough but still a reliable tee shot club. I know I like a hybrid when I forget all about a long iron and can play it high low, and finesse if needed. I’m not trusting mine right now and it’s 100% costing me shots.

I've always liked Tour Edge equipment.  I've had drivers, irons, putters, and of course their fairway woods and hybrids.

Tour Edge CBX w/ HZRDUS Black 6.0

The ability to move the ball up and down. Stingers off the tee and moon balls off the deck give me maximum utility, and no need for a utility iron. It's why I love my CBX.

Handicap: 2.3

Current Hybrid in Play: GAPR Lo (2h at 17.5 degrees, graphite shaft, about 245 off the tee and 230 off the deck)

The most important thing to me in a hybrid is being able to execute the shot I have in mind. Off the tee I want a penetrating draw. Off the deck I want to be able to work it left or right, high or low. I have a naturally high flight with plenty of spin and I've always shied away from hybrids. Truth be told, I'm not wild about my GAPR's feel, but the performance keeps it in the bag. Lately I've struggled with my 3i, so a 19 degree hybrid that actually works for me would be *incredible.*

Driver: :cobra-small: RADspeed 9* with Motore X F1 60S
3-wood: :taylormade-small: SIM 15* with Diamana Limited 75S

Mark from Virginia.

17 handicap

I currently game a Ping G hybrid.

I am not a fan of offset hybrids, and I want to be able to cut it to take distance off.

Looking for a hybrid that feels good, has a medium to low trajectory and spins a decent amount

I shoot in the high 80s mostly. But I will say the second club on any par 4 or 5 I play is a hybrid. I use my 3/4 hybrid and always make solid contact with it. I am in the process of trying to decide what clubs to buy next. I would love to try this hybrid out. I am playing golf twice a week for the next few months until I go back to school and would love to try this club. Thanks!
