Honma TW-G1X Ball

I was given a dozen of these by the rep at my fitting Friday, so I gave them a go today. Wow! I’m impressed! Distance, spin, and trajectory were all similar to Pro V1X from what I could tell. They were good around the greens, and they hit and stopped on full wedges and irons into the green as well. Feel was a little softer than Pro V1X. Their website calls them a distance ball, but they didn’t feel hard, or have really low spin from what I could tell. I told the rep that based on their performance, I could easily game them. The box lists these as the former of the two options, with “very high” spin control. The website says it’s a distance ball, and low spin.... It wasn’t low spin to me.
