dlow206
Let's see your setup. I don't have all of my stuff setup in one spot in my garage, i tend to store it and then bring out the specific tools I need when needed. Here is something I setup today for heat curing epoxy. Goal is not really to speed up curing, just get a good temp on it without going too high, and especially to keep the heat up when it is winter. I have a bbq surface temp thermometer in there that has an alarm to make sure the temp doesn't get too high. I used to have to do something similar when building fly rods during cold, damp months in Puget Sound - which is pretty much the whole damn year. I had a floor heater in my build room (upstairs bedroom) and it got really toasty. 29 minutes ago, dlow206 said: Little over a year later and i have my new workbench setup. Golf2Much
Living in Key West full time (I know I'm getting allot of sympathy from everyone up in the cold North), there are no basements, very few garages (turned into studio apartments) and limited space. I wanted to start regripping my clubs so I took a concept from Mobile Club Maker AJ and built this portable gripping station. It sits above the window in my small storage shed. It includes a sliding portion (that locks on the base when stored) which adjust to support club head of any size and has a reflective painted surface for the laser that helps with getting the club head positioned to align the grip. I use two clamps to attach it to the bar (it is Key West) or my work bench/gardening table. It also has a wood piece that catches on the end to push the grip on if I don't have clamps or I give it to a friend to do their grips. The vise and solvent catch pan are the only real expense. It's simple, but it works. Sorry for the side ways pictures. I tried to rotate them, but didn't obviously have much success. Golf2Much
Thanks fixuyrdivot! Marathon is only 50 miles away from us in the Southernmost City and about 80 miles (in the other direction) to America (Florida City). We have a Rees Jones golf course, Key West Golf Club, that is a challenging little course.
