Post your clubmaking equipment/setup

Let's see your setup.

I don't have all of my stuff setup in one spot in my garage, i tend to store it and then bring out the specific tools I need when needed.

Here is something I setup today for heat curing epoxy. Goal is not really to speed up curing, just get a good temp on it without going too high, and especially to keep the heat up when it is winter. I have a bbq surface temp thermometer in there that has an alarm to make sure the temp doesn't get too high.

LOL.  I used to have to do something similar when building fly rods during cold, damp months in Puget Sound - which is pretty much the whole damn year.  I had a floor heater in my build room (upstairs bedroom) and it got really toasty.

Looking great!  I'll post some pics of the individual tools/equipment as I get them.  In route is the Golfworks shaft puller and the grip air nozzle.  I've picked out a new compressor but not purchased yet.  Tomorrow I plan to build the DIY club length scale.

Have you created a shop name and website yet? 🙂

Not trying to advertise, but since you asked, my company is Bort Golf and the website is https://bortgolf.com

I need to update my website, only shows the LAB Golf putters as of now, but I also have an account with Fujikura and accounts with a few major distributors that have a broader range of products, but no major club OEMs.

Discounts for anyone who can figure out where the "Bort" name came from, lol.

LOL. I actually don't buy much stuff from Golfworks. I switched exclusively to using 3M DP460 epoxy, except for putters. And then things like adapters, there are better sources out there.

Trying to find where I bought that piece of wood, but it was somewhere online. When i'm searching for "wood" in my email, a million emails about golf clubs come up lol.

Living in Key West full time (I know I'm getting allot of sympathy from everyone up in the cold North), there are no basements, very few garages (turned into studio apartments) and limited space.  I wanted to start regripping my clubs so I took a concept from Mobile Club Maker AJ and built this portable gripping station.  It sits above the window in my small storage shed.  It includes a sliding portion (that locks on the base when stored) which adjust to support club head of any size and has a reflective painted surface for the laser that helps with getting the club head positioned to align the grip.  I use two clamps to attach it to the bar (it is Key West) or my work bench/gardening table.  It also has a wood piece that catches on the end to push the grip on if I don't have clamps or I give it to a friend to do their grips.  The vise and solvent catch pan are the only real expense.  It's simple, but it works.

Sorry for the side ways pictures.  I tried to rotate them, but didn't obviously have much success.

Thanks fixuyrdivot!  Marathon is only 50 miles away from us in the Southernmost City and about 80 miles (in the other direction) to America (Florida City).  We have a Rees Jones golf course, Key West Golf Club, that is a challenging little course.   Maybe on your next trip to our part of paradise I can show you around.
