For instance when I got fit for a putter I was fitted into a heavier head and weighted grip.

Last year,at a fitting, I really expected the 410 irons to be the best for me since I have a 410 driver and 410 hybrids. They ended up being at the bottom of the list for dispersion. 

Left Hand orientation

I don’t really think I am surprised by fittings which I think is a good thing. I have an open kind when it comes to clubs and am open to whatever works.

not sure if I was surprised but it was cool to see different shafts have different results .. My fitter was really surprised I fitted into a KBS TD shaft for my driver then the hzrdus smoke yellow

The biggest surprise to me is the amount of people who claim that 'there isn't a fitter near me' or 'I cannot justify the cost of a fitting session' - and yet somehow have no trouble in finding their way to Ireland for a 3 week golfing vacation from wherever they live. Bizarre. 

I guess it comes as no surprise that when they actually do find the time to see a fitter, they usually end up totally ignoring any advice and buying whatever they choose anyway - and then ask random strangers on the internet for a validation of their purchase. Weird.......

When a brand like Vega, or another that isn’t widely known, showing greater performance than all the big names. In my wedge fitting, I tried everything Club Champion had and Vega blew away everything for what I needed. No one, other than someone who’s on sites like MGS, has ever even heard of Vega!

Never heard of the brand but those wedges look amazing!
