How Often do you Practice Putting and How Long?
4-5 x/wk. (sometimes more); anywhere from 10 - 30+ min.session. Basically all indoors.

How many 3 putts do you average per round?
Typically 1, sometimes 2, can be 3 on an off day - but ... yesterday's 18 was 0!

What interests you most about Exputt from what you have seen or read?
Initially saw a post by @cnosil and was intrigued. I practice on a basic mat, and have added a PuttOut trainer and mirror and a Blast Motion Golf sensor/analyzer, and it's all good practice but it's still all mechanics .. ie. stroke and start line. There's really only one halfway decent public practice green anywhere near me, and it's always busy, so very few opportunities for good "feel" + distance control practice ... looks like the ExPutt could provide that opportunity .. all year / all weather!

And I could practice more sidehill putts .. those always get me...

Oh, plus - I'd use it to get my wife to start practicing. She loves playing - but not practicing - and this looks like it could help her with her aim and putterhead alignment (without my, ummm, "coaching" 😉😆😝).

Joe, Fort Pierce, Florida.  I average approximately 33 putts per round.

Living in a community with a golf course, I practice putting each day.  During these sessions I spend 1 to 2 hours on putting.

What I find interesting is the ability to marry what I feel and see with actual data in terms of speed and break in different length putts.  Also, actually being able to see and finally know if the putter face is closed, open, or square at impact.  Being able to practice when the rain hits is also nice.

I practice putting twice a week for about a 1/2 hour per session.

I average just over 4 three putts per round.

The Exputt really intrigues me in regard to the immediate feedback with distance control. I practice indoors and it shows in my inability to control distance on longer putts during rounds. Not going to lie... it also looks like a LOT of fun!

Thanks!

I putt for 2-4 times a week for about an hour or so.  This is during the golf season.

I three putt just over once a round.

I love the idea that you can practice longer putts in a confined space.  I have a birdie ball green and I like it but I have move things around to set it up and even then I am still limited to shorter putts.

1 to 2 3 putts per round.

I average 31 putts per round but always seem to throw 1 or 2 thee putts in every round.  I typically practice an hour a week,  but that gives me no real feedback on why I am missing.  This seems to be a real game changer.

2-3 hours a week.

if it is realistic then it interests me a lot. I want to buy on for the house but no matter what I read there is always a review that sways me from purchasing something for home.

Practice as much as I can.  Prefer the local courses practice area, but putt at home on a 14-foot Birdie Ball double depth green too.  I can honestly say I prefer the local courses outdoor green, but that’s because it’s easier to try different speeds and breaks.  Variation And competition just makes it more fun.

Probably 2 3-putts per round (typically a bad lag and a less confident strike on the second putt).

I’m a single-length, center-shaft type who likes to take the facts I can decipher and make reasonable alterations to my game.  I love to tinker and really want to try to simplify things as much as possible.  Seeing some of the visuals and metrics that Exputt utilizes really has me intrigued.

Would love to give Exputt a tryout and see what I like, and maybe don’t like, about the system and how user friendly it is for me.

Thanks!

Adam

Used to practice 3 or 4 times per week, but changed my floor from carpet to wood and lost this alternative Often do you Practice Putting and How Long?

One three putt on average

Have the possibility of managing pace and slopes is very interesting. Also a great alternative to bring my daughter to the game.

How Often do you Practice Putting and How Long? Hardly ever.

How many 3 putts do you average per round? Lots.

What interests you most about Exputt from what you have seen or read? The ability to easily get some putting practice in. Since taking a job that requires a good amount of travel and spending time with my wife and two-year old daughter, I find it difficult to find the time to practice. Would like to see my score drop when I am able to get rounds in.

How Often do you Practice Putting and How Long? Everyday for at least 20 minutes, but I play everyday.

How many 3 putts do you average per round? 1-3 lately. It’s the worst part of my game even being a plus handicap.

What interests you most about Exputt from what you have seen or read? It looks super exciting and fun to be able to practice from home and get detailed feedback. There is only so much I can do with my 10ft mat.

I practice putting before round about 10-15 minutes just to get a feel for the speed that day, don’t want to waste any good putts practicing!😉

Average about 1 3-putt per round.

Interested in seeing what my putter face is doing. I tend to pull my putts.

Have an indoor putting mat with ball return. Putt off and on during commercials. Mat extends to 18 ft.

0-2. Played the same greens for 15+ years so... I lag pretty well.

Stats about ones stroke. I have a mallet putter and think I am straight back and through. Good to see if that is correct. I also change grips to left hand low in close so would be interested to see if the stroke stays the same as far as timing and path.

Driver: Callaway Epic 9 degree, stiff

FW: Callaway Epic 3,5,7 regular shaft (driver shaft in 3 wood, 3 wood shaft in 5 wood, 5 wood shaft in 7 wood)

Hybrids: Callaway BB19 4,6,7

Irons: Callaway Steelhead 7,9,PW (gapping distances require both a 7 hybrid and 7 iron, choke on the 7 for 8 iron distance or hook the 9 iron)

Wedges: Titleist Vokey SM6 50,54,58

Ball: Titleist Pro V1, 1X, Vice Pro Plus or anything I find that day and try out for the fun of it (I haven't bought balls with my own money in at least 10 years)

I've been practicing multiple times a day since I purchased my Perfect Putting mat.  My practice sessions usually last between 10 and 15 minutes.

I average 1 three putt per round, but don't 1 putt as  often as I should with the number of greens that I miss.

The Exputt interests me because I would like to utilize the face angle feature.  My main putting fault is taking the putter back inside and then pushing/opening the face during impact.  I'm hope the Exputt can assist in removing this dreadful move.

I will usually practice putting for about 15 minutes twice a week (primarily at the practice green at the driving range I go to).

I usually average 2 - 3 three putts per round.

What interests me most is learning more about my putter stroke, and my preferred putter. For the last 15 years I have used an Odyssey White Hot 2 Ball, and have not changed because it generally works for me. I am very intrigued by learning more about my stroke, launch angle on putts, how to fine tune distance control and understand what is causing me to miss putts from the 6-10 foot range (stroke, speed, reading greens(?)).

i practice putting 3 times a week for about an hour.

I average around 3 or 4 3 putts per round

The Exputt interests me because putting is one of the weakest parts of my game. I feel like Exputt will make putting practice more fun and it will give me more data that will help me improve. I've always loved simulators because of all the data they give, but I have never seen a putting simulator. I m really interested in testing the Exputt.

Testers Wanted (4)

Is it possible for practice to be fun? Is it possible for a training to make you want to spend extended time “practicing”? Can an affordable putting simulator offer you realistic feedback on your golf game? We mean affordable as in cheaper than some of the current drivers on the market now.

Got you're attention yet?  Well Read on for a very rare opportunity!

ExPutt is an at home indoor putting simulator that offers golfers the ability to practice on a high-quality simulator that until now could only be found in a professional setting.  Does it do all the things mentioned earlier?  We are going to let four of you tell the MyGolfSpy community.
