Yeah, myself as well. We are driving up form Tulsa so I can go anywhere I want. I'm not restricted by location or other things we have to do in that area or anything. TR1PTIK
I did a buddy's trip to KC a few years ago and we played Shoal Creek, Ironhorse, and Deer Creek Golf Club. I also have a friend who's a member at Dubs and have played there as well. Shoal Creek is on my short list for any return trips and I would gladly play Deer Creek again. I would definitely skip Ironhorse. Dubs is a good track that will certainly test your skills. If you want, I could see if my friend would be willing to meet you at Dubbs and help you around the course - it's a tight course and you can really get yourself in trouble the first time out if you aren't careful. It's been several years ago at this point so it could be better now, but it certainly wasn't a memorable experience. If I recall correctly the bunkers and greens really weren't in the best shape for what they were charging. Also, I just didn't enjoy the layout that much. Found the other courses I mentioned to be much more intriguing and enjoyable.
