I’m a 15 handicap from Indianapolis

I play Callaway Apex Pro with Recoil 110 stiff shafts, my 8 iron carriers 145.

I learned about sub 70 through My Golf Spy.

I would love to test these.  They’re on my short list of irons I would like to hit. I’m a hooker and the combo of less offset and more forgiveness is a very appealing.

thanks

16 handicap-Houston, Texas
Cobra F7 irons - 8 iron 145 yards
I actually just found out about Sub70 a month or so ago, I have read quite a bit about them and their clubs and I am very impressed with the reviews so far. I am in the market to replace my irons and their clubs are on my “short list”

I tend to be extremely detail oriented and I do a lot of research before making a large purchase like this.

1.  11 handicap located in Austin, Texas

2.  Playing Mizuno 919 Forged and hit an 8 iron 150 yds.

3.  I was fitted into a Sub 70 driver by the TrueGolfFit online fitting app.  Sub 70 uses a direct to consumer golf club model.  I recall they have a 60 day money back guarantee...which is great.

1. I’m currently playing to a 6, and I live in Cheraw, SC.

2. TaylorMade Tour Preferred CB, and my 8 iron carry is 160.

3. I have followed Sub 70 on social media for a while now, as I stumbled upon them while looking around at various DTC golf club options. Their products seem to be top notch from feedback and reviews I’ve read. I’ve been thinking hard about purchasing their Pro fairway wood as I’m in the market for a new 3 wood.

I have the SUB-70 Hybrid and really interested in giving these irons a go!  Their CEO is a great guy as advertised.  Worked with me to find the right shaft for my Hybrid.

I am a 2 handicap and hit my 8 iron 165 yards on average. I love golf equipment in general and I'm currently hitting the Srixon Z965 blades with Nippon Pro Modus 3 120x shafts. Never heard of Sub 70 but would love to try these bad boys out. I think smaller manufacturers have great quality and perform really well. They don't have a lot of marketing and they have to have a great product to compete with big name equipment companies. I used to play Adam's and Tour exotics so I love the smaller dog companies.

1) 0 handicap; living in Greenwood,IN

2) Currently play Wilson FG tour 100; 8iron carry distance 165 yds ( average, normal swing)

3) Sub70 is a small brand club manufacture who have built quality products for golfs at 1/2 the price of the typical and luxury brands. I’ve personally tried on of their products since they are rare to find outside of online, but have seen over the years that they have slowly built a following that has put their name in discussions as a potential clubs for fitters to consider, depending on the player of course.

14.6 CDGA index as of this morning.

Play Callaway Rogue Pro's with Steelfiber shafts.  Current stock 8I is 150 yards.

I have looked at Sub 70 after your club test results.  Their clubs look great and would love to test them but with my shaft upgrade was too pricey.

Still looking at Sub70 for potential custom wedges.  I live close to Syacamore and could go there for a fitting (if selected).  Would love to elevate the profile of a local company.

GBB Epic Pro Tour 15* - Matrix Radix HD 7 stiff

Callaway Mac Daddy CB 54* & 58* - KBS shafts.

1.) 12 Handicap ; Glendale Heights, IL

2.) Current 8 iron is a Miura CB-2008 with Dynamic Gold S400 Shaft.  Current carry distance is 145 yards.

3.) I have followed Sub70 since seeing them at the Chicagoland golf show and learning they are a local (Sycamore, IL) company.  I have always enjoyed supporting local companies.  I have a few friends that have played their wedges and hybrid.  I am very curious to see how their irons would compare to a perceived “quality” iron like Miura.
