Most of what I know i have learned through MGS, but sounds like they are very customer friendly, CEO is very accessible and they are committed to providing quality gear to better players for reasonable prices. mooremikea
5.6 - Westfield, IN Callaway Apex CF16 - 140 carry I have been following Sub70 golf for about a year now after hearing about them in the MSG most wanted testing. Looking at the clubs they look premium at a DTC price. If the 699 Pros were available last fall when I was looking for a new iron set I most likely would have purchased them. The standard 699s had just a bit too much offset for me. It seems like most of the products have done good in testing and the customer service seems to be outstanding. There is a thread on the forms were everyone has positive things to say about Sub70. I don't know a ton about the brand other than some of the things I have read within the forum. Seems that their DTC strategy which allows them to keep prices down compared to the "big box" brands, is a great way to break in to the market, and it sounds like they not only have great products, but excellent customer service to back it up as well. Would love the opportunity to give these a try and review them. I have access to a launch monitor at my club and would love to check the numbers on these. Nico Bianchi
1. I am a 4 from the San Francisco Bay Area 2. The irons that I am playing with right now are the new Titleist T100s. My current 8 iron distance is 165. 3. I know absolutely nothing about Sub 70. I think if anything though that this can be viewed as a positive, because of the fact that I would not be coming in with any previous bias but a neutral eye and attitude on the product. Plus, if you're looking for an honest review from someone who plays a lot, on a challenging course, and will take these clubs through every element and test possible then I'm the perfect man for the challenge. I love the look of these irons and they match my obsession with Dark Mode on my computer during the work day. Thanks!
