to send someone a Private Message?? I don't really understand the question...

 

EDIT: after looking around, I can't find it either...

 

EDIT II: it might be that you have to add that person as a friend first before sending a PM... not totally sure though...

You can message any member by clicking on the envelope right below each member's avatar. Hope this helps!

OK, I figured out the problem:

 

In the "My Settings" page be sure "Disable my personal messenger" is not checked... the evnelope was not showing up for me before...
