Hey guys,

looking to get these clubs as there are some good prices around for them new.

do I get a 5--pw or 4-pw?

i currently have a 4 hybrid and wondering if that will take the place or not of the 4 iron?

thanks

Typically a hybrid will replace the club blow it, due to its bigger head and higher MOI.  Meaning a 4 hybrid will get you closer to a 3 iron distance than a 4 iron.  If your looking for a hybrid to get your 4 iron distance then you most likely want a 5 hybrid.

This is not a 100% fact, but is the case more often than not.

So would you advise the 4iron included setup?

I’ve gamed the Launchers up until about a month ago when I decided to try single length. The 4 iron in the Launcher set is a weapon and I highly recommend it. Great gapping with the rest of the set.

Wedgie was there anything specific about the Launchers that made you move away from them to the OL's?

In my Big Max hybrid bag:

Not at all, I’m not getting rid of them any time soon. I just wanted something different since I’ve been playing the Launchers for 3 years.

It depends on your consistency with it.  Also if there isn't at least a 10 to 15 yard gsp in it and your 5 wood distance, then you shouldn't get it.  That's when you look at the hybrid route of a 4 or 5 hybrid depending on the list of said hybrid.

Does that make sense.

Yes mate, thank you.

quick question guys, I narrowed it down to these irons, or the Mizuno MP-59..

im looking to get back into golf, and want some "future-proofed" irons.

will the Mizuno irons be too hard for me to hit and therefore get the Cleveland irons.. or are the Mizuno as forgiving as stated?

thanks guys!
