TESTERS WANTED (9)

Zip-a Dee-Doo-Dah, Zip-e-Dee-ay. My, oh what a wonderful day. Plenty of Zip Core wedges headed our way. Zip-a-dee-doo-dah, zip-e-dee-ay!

Please excuse the obvious song parody from such a classic movie. But that’s exactly how you may feel if you are selected as one of the nine testers for Cleveland Golf’s new Zip Core wedges.

These wedges have a lot of technology going on besides the two extra grooves Cleveland has placed on the face.  So yes, you will get more spin, but also more consistency.

Stock TM M2 pitching wedge and stock TM R7 sand wedge.

I would probably choose a 58.

I have never used anything other than P/S wedges from stock set of clubs. Might improve my short game around the green.

Oh man, these are sweet!!!! This club was on the shortlist to replace my trusty Callaway Jaws I’ve gamed forever. I’ve never let it go because nothing feels like it, even though it’s lost some spin over the years.

Callaway series jaw 58-13

Optimum Control 63

Would love to change out my 63 and 52, they're both best up pretty good. They get the job done but could be easier to get the job done with proper equipment.

Currently using the XE1 65 degree wedge. Would like to test 52/58 range wedges.

Looking for more depth and more spin on approach shoots into and around the green.
