For those who use the skillz gold whip or orange whip.

What kind of drills do you use to practice?

I just make swings back and forth. Lets me maintain a solid tempo and gives my back a good stretch. Also helps me with the transition.

Loosen up mostly. Does help with tempo and I focus on trying to stay down and come through

Same.  I make 10 swings right-handed, then 10 swings left-handed before I pick up another club.  Try one-handed swings... both hands; that's fun!!

I have started with the back and forward swings in a daily basis this week, I have not gone to the course yet, but overall I feel a little longer on the back swing and fell like I am opening up more to the target on the follow thru.

As I make a point to say every time I Get a chance, Thank you for your service, also congrats on being this weeks winner of the cobra challenge goods.

I just started using although I got it back in the winter, and I fell that my swing is felling overall better.

I am trying to figure out the left hand swing, I so a short clip of someone using it left handed to help them develop a longer back swing, I am trying to apply that but without bending my elbow at the top and focusing on turning my back to the target as much as I can, I am just having a hard time keeping my head still looking at the ball.

Amazing enough, I found an old video of Tony Finau using it for warm up.

Have orange whip. Mainly tempo/warm up as others have stated.

One drill an instructor had my son do was get in address position, then still bent in address put feet together, swing to top of swing and then without starting downswing step with lead foot out past normal width and then swing the trainer. Instructor said drill is what  is good for creating positive angle for driver swing (kind of swing up vs down like an iron).

My coordination was not that good so I did not like it but my son seemed to get the hang of it. I like to just do steady warm up swing and get loose with it.

OW has a few different warmup exercises in Utube. I do a few of those especially the warmup swings.

I have the Skilz 48 and I was using it to warm up and stretch my muscles before I had my accident. I actually gained some distance by using it and was getting looser and looser. Trust me I will use it again when I get my back therapy going which starts tomorrow

I've have seen some of those, I am trying them a couple times a day, I am trying to get more lose and to be able to have a smother back swing and follow thru.

I hold the OW in both hands and rotate my torso from side to side 15x. Then I take 15 swings with each hand individually (holding by the label). Finally, I take 15 full swings as if I were teeing off.

Just to expand a little on this topic, I’m looking at buying an orangewhip.  Which is the better purchase, standard 47 inch, or midsize 43 inch?

Do you want it for driver or irons? 47 for the driver and 43 for the irons. I just got the 47.

To clarify; when I bought the OW both sizes were in stock I asked the Store Mgr which one is best if I’m only getting one he said the longer one, that’s what I got and likin it.
