Spin in wet conditions

I looked around briefly and didn't see anything on this, but I may have easily missed something that would've been buried deep within an older thread.  Are higher spin balls better in wet conditions?  I'm more interested in early morning dew conditions than rainy conditions, but I will appreciate any input that is given.

From the 2019 ball test:

”cheaper (2-piece) balls and matte finish balls are affected more significantly by moisture.”
