tony@CIC 16,717
So I added another tee time - 10:20, since if @RollingGreens. comes that would give us 10. The more the merrier! Here's a teaser pic of #16, a deceiving par 4 at 362 yds. The green is hidden behind those elevated bunkers. The water level in the pond is down about 2 feet - exposing the hundreds - strike that - thousands of golf balls that thought they could make it. Makes for an easy pitch onto the green. 2 Quote Left Hand orientation G410 SFT driver Cobra King F-9 5 wood 410 Hybrids 22*, 26* Cobra Speed Zone 6-GP/Recoil ESX 460 F3 Shafts SM7 54* Wedge Glide 3.0 60* Wedge O Works putter NX9-HD - 4 Wheel - too many shoes to list and so many to buy And BAG Boy Golf Balls: Snell MTB-X 2020 Official Tester Beginning Driver Speed - 78 2019 Official Tester 410 Driver 2018 Official Tester C300

I use Google Earth to look at a course before I play and just make some basic notes. Lakeeriegolfer 57
Basic yardages on carries of water or bunkers off tees are a very small one time cost for golf courses. Having a solid layout on your website shouldn't be hard, but a lot of courses are really bad at it. If its your first time seeing a course it makes it much more difficult to navigate. I don't need a HD drone flyover and commentary. Just screenshot Google maps and walk the course with a rangefinder and throw it on the site. Its not going to ever need updating. @Tsmithjr9 I do the same thing, especially before something competitive or official. I did it for Portage Country Cub before the NOGA even I played in last Monday because their website doesn't have much. Obviously its private and doesn't get much play from people who don't know the course, but still. Or charge me for the yardage book. I think it is under $5 for the yardage book at Scarlet and Gray in Columbus, but its so worthwhile. Sorry everyone, I hijacked the thread. Back to regularly scheduled programming. Since we are a private club and don't get much outside play other then qualifiers* and collegiate tournaments you won't see much information online. * US Open Regional Qualifier has been held here every year since 2015. Obviously the 2020 Qualifier was canceled. Our course has also been on schedule for the Women's intercollegiate events. tony@CIC 16,717
Only about 3 weeks away! Good news - fairways and greens are in great shape, the rough isn't as tall since we've hardly had any rain in the past 2 months. The pond on #1 is down about 4' since they use that water for watering the fairways, so those of you going for the green will be able to hit your ball out of the mud . As we get closer I'll be sending out additional details on local rules, course notes etc. Stay tuned. In the meantime - the approach to the green on #5, a dogleg par 5. 2 Quote Left Hand orientation G410 SFT driver Cobra King F-9 5 wood 410 Hybrids 22*, 26* Cobra Speed Zone 6-GP/Recoil ESX 460 F3 Shafts SM7 54* Wedge Glide 3.0 60* Wedge O Works putter NX9-HD - 4 Wheel - too many shoes to list and so many to buy And BAG Boy Golf Balls: Snell MTB-X 2020 Official Tester Beginning Driver Speed - 78 2019 Official Tester 410 Driver 2018 Official Tester C300

tony@CIC 16,717
Dress code is pretty basic - no jean or sleeveless t shirts (we'll have to discuss @Mattf's hat ). What you guys wore at Pine Hills is just fine. I have negotiated a lower rate and will send that info via pm. 2 Quote Left Hand orientation G410 SFT driver Cobra King F-9 5 wood 410 Hybrids 22*, 26* Cobra Speed Zone 6-GP/Recoil ESX 460 F3 Shafts SM7 54* Wedge Glide 3.0 60* Wedge O Works putter NX9-HD - 4 Wheel - too many shoes to list and so many to buy And BAG Boy Golf Balls: Snell MTB-X 2020 Official Tester Beginning Driver Speed - 78 2019 Official Tester 410 Driver 2018 Official Tester C300
