Original Rocketballz 9.5 with a Miyazaki C. Kua 43R. Looking for lighter, higher launch, faster, etc. Had lots of success w RBZ back in the day. Hoping for more.

This year I put my RBZ 3W, 3H, and 5H back in the bag this summer.  Love 'em.  Never had the driver.  My wife still plays RBZ Stage 2 driver, 3W 5W, and 4H since they were new.  Great clubs!

Depending on what happens with the driver I may go looking for a 3W also.

With apologize for piggybacking on the thread....

I've gone backwards with an old stick in the driver slot this year.  On a lark, I pulled out my Fly-Z+ several weeks ago, started messing with the weight and loft.  Found I gained a bit of distance over what I'd been seeing, which in my age & injury plagued game, is rather welcome.  

Tried going back to my King LTD, found it wasn't getting it done compared to the Fly-Z+.  Back goes the Fly-Z+ into the bag.

The shaft I"m using in it is an XCaliber Tour 7.5, something that I didn't get along with a few years ago, when I'd picked up a couple to try.  These days, I'm hitting it pretty well.  Go figure.

Because I can't leave well enough alone, I'm probably going to plug the ProtoPype I put together for the LTD into the Z+, see if it improves things.  Or unimproves things, LOL.  I just gots to know.

I'm still playing a Titleist 975J just getting clowned on every round. Its hard to give it up for sentimental and financial reasons, but the old stuff still has some mystique and skill involved.

I went quite a bit farther back my last couple rounds.  Trotted out an old Ruger Titanium Low Launch driver with an Accuflex shaft.  It's a 340cc or so clubhead from the early-mid 00's.

Was kind of fun to play  🙂
