TESTERS ANNOUNCED! Not to make this all personal, but since I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, I've got first hand knowledge of just how valuable an indoor putting green can be. Liv

Elson, Southgate Michigan

Putting around the house, mostly carpet areas.

I have had no putting mats

I would love to test the medium speed, I mostly play on municipal courses, but they have fairly fast greens.

Joe, Queens NY

i take advantage of the basement carpet

i've never had a putting mat before, so not too much experience

i’d be interested in the medium speed. i’m looking into joining a club next season and getting used to the faster greens would be great

if it’s any incentive, there will definitely be babies and dogs in my review pictures and videos. good luck everyone

2. Normally, I'd be able to practice my putting on the practice greens year round here, but in the times of COVID, all the practice areas besides the range have been closed off at my usual courses (LA city munis) with no indication of reopening any time soon. As a result, my early round putting has REALLY suffered.

3. I have a basic little 8 foot long skinny mat I can roll out in the garage, but it doesn't feel real and I have a hard time practicing with it. Seems hard to make a game out of it for me, so I get bored after a couple of putts.

4. I'd really love to test a medium speed with cups on both sides so I can go against the grain for a bit slower and with the grain for a bit quicker. This variable practice would both better simulate the courses I play (which can be both quick and slow), but also give more opportunities to gamify and vary the practice routine, keeping me engaged with it.

I putt on the carpet in the rec room, under and around the pool table!!

I've never owned a putting mat, but I've borrowed one recently and I thoroughly enjoyed it.  Way better than carpet.

Being that I play public courses a lot, 99.9%  of the time, the slow one would be perfect for me.

Just tap it in.  Lil' taparoo.

Great fall/winter test opportunity!

1. Bryan, Bellingham,MA
2. I use the carpet in the office with a putt out trainer and an d Skilz putting mat.
3. I’ve used the skillz putting mat for about two years, and got the perfect putt training aid last winter. They are a lot of fun around the house and my son enjoys playing some putting games with them.
4. Medium speed seems like the best fit. My home course typically runs between a 10.5 to 11 so that should be perfect!

2.i have a 3d printed hole that I putt in to on my carpet

3.i have used a roll out putting mat in the past with a ball return but it was cheap and the putting surface was not great didn't like the way it moved around on me

4. I just started looking in to the birdie golf putting mats and I would like to test the medium speed version since most of the greens I play are  not the greatest

  2. Put on a low profile carpet or off of a yoga mat and then across a laminate basement floor. I use a putting mirror and a stroke cadence sensor.
  3. I don't own one, but have used them in the past and enjoy them. I worry about the quality of a lower priced option, and am considering spending more to get one with a consistent roll.

John - Baltimore, MD

How I practice: have a 10 foot putting mat in my office/golf room. Practice every night using a putt out and work on making 5 putts in a row in 1 ft increments (2ft-8ft). Additionally, I work on my stroke using a putting arc and putting mirror to make sure alignment is correct.

Experience w/Mats: I have had a birdieball in the past which I really loved but havent had the space for a new one until now since I recently purchased a house where I have made my office into a "golf room"

Desired Speed to Test:  Medium (10-11)

Good luck applicants thing looks sweet! I just bought a matt last year and am very happy with it at this point, but will be looking into this when I get my "golf bar" at my next house....whenever that may be.....

Tom, Cleveland Ohio

Putt on the carpet in the house during off season.

I worked for DSG/Galaxy, spent lots of time on their practice greens during slow business hours. Never owned a practice green.

I would love to test the fast/championship course green.

This is an awesome opportunity. Thank you MGS.

Adam / Minneapolis, MN US

Unfortunately, without access to a putting mat and cold, snowy winters, it’s very difficult to effectively practice putting in the winter!

I have little to no experience using putting mats; the closest I get is carpet.

I would like to try the medium speed in any of the flag configurations.

Right now I just practice on the carpet at my house in-between work. I have also never owned a legit practice green.  I am a detail oriented law student that loves to golf any chance she gets. I am confident I could provide a detailed and worthwhile review of your product.
