Popular Post PMookie
I drove around to find the UPS driver today! I just couldn’t wait!!!! Time to get on the Exputt and see how she does. She will get her first full round either Friday or Sunday!!! EAS 2.0, 36”, 70* lie angle, 2* loft, Edel round grip with a 15g weight in the head. I’m not sure how far down in the grip they put the weight, or how heavy it is. I’ll find out tomorrow. The store owner is giving me an additional 10g weight and wrench so I can change the head weight based-on green speed. sirchunksalot, cnosil, edingc and 8 others 11 Quote Driver: Ping G430 Max 9*, Ping Tour 70X Fairway: Ping G425 15*, Ping Tour 70X Hybrid: Ping G425 22*, Ping Tour 80X Irons: Ping i230 4-GW, TT DG X100 Wedges: SMS 50D/54V/58DModus 130 stiff, +1” Putter: EAS 1.0 Ball: Titleist 2023 AVX

cnosil
Did you do the Edel fitting? When I did mine, they spent a lot of time on the weights under the grip and was part of the specs I was provided. Did you post about the process? Guess that explains why you sold the seemore. Second time I’ve done their fitting. Yes, fine-tuned everything by using the putter head weights, and the internal weights under the grip. I didn’t post about the process this time. I was under a time crunch, we took an hour-and-fifteen to complete it, and I had to jump in the car and drive 2 1/2 hours to make a meeting. The face on this new model seems to be more consistent both for direction and distance. I’m a firm believer in Edel fitting science, and I’ve been waiting for the new model to come-out to give it a try. A lot of folks think it’s just about aim, but if the fitter is worth their salt, they get the golfer dialed-in for distance consistency as well. If anyone is within a decent distance of Jackson, MS, Tony Bishop at Nevada Bob’s is very good! The folks at Edel recommended him highly. cnosil, THEZIPR23 and tommc23 3 Quote Driver: Ping G430 Max 9*, Ping Tour 70X Fairway: Ping G425 15*, Ping Tour 70X Hybrid: Ping G425 22*, Ping Tour 80X Irons: Ping i230 4-GW, TT DG X100 Wedges: SMS 50D/54V/58DModus 130 stiff, +1” Putter: EAS 1.0 Ball: Titleist 2023 AVX

It’s hard to say because head weighting, internal shaft weighting, head shape, etc aren’t factors in the SeeMore fitting. From a length/loft/lie perspective, no, but I went from a mallet to a blade, Edel round grip, toe-up, torque balanced head, change in head weight, internal weighting, face tech, etc.... There’s a lot that goes into an Edel fitting. dlow206 1 Quote Driver: Ping G430 Max 9*, Ping Tour 70X Fairway: Ping G425 15*, Ping Tour 70X Hybrid: Ping G425 22*, Ping Tour 80X Irons: Ping i230 4-GW, TT DG X100 Wedges: SMS 50D/54V/58DModus 130 stiff, +1” Putter: EAS 1.0 Ball: Titleist 2023 AVX
