Cleveland CG14 Zip grooves

Really like the look and color.  Would like to compare my old club to the new club and tech improvements.

Dan: Friendswood, Texas.. Handicap: 8.. I play with two RTX-4 satin chrome wedges (52 mid & 58 full) and would like to compare theses to the Zipcor Raw. I will not go into this study with any preconceived notion about raw wedges.

More spin produced with more friction. Much less glare from the sun. Raw wedges don't show as many knicks or damage from things like hitting rocks or bag chatter.

What Appeals to You About a Raw Wedge: I'm very interested in the playability of a raw wedge, such as the ability to control front/back spin, as well as side spin. The reduced glare from the sun is also very appealing.

Currently play Cleveland RTX3 58* in black finish.

I really like the dark, matte finish of my current wedge and the raw finish is another step in the direction of anti-shiny. I’m also really curious if there is more spin with a raw finish, especially around the greens as that’s where I struggle with spin.

I would like to try the new Raw wedges as I used to play Cleveland wedges and would like to compare head to head to determine replacement wedges.

I like the idea that the raw wedge maintains the launch and spin characteristics over time, whereas finished wedges often see their standard deviation grow over time.
