What Appeals to You About a Raw Wedge - reduced glare (most of my play is at dawn, when the sun can really glare/reflect up)

Current wedges: Titleist Vokey SM6 50 and 56 degree, and Mizuno JPX 919 Hot Metal set wedges pitching (44 degree) and gap (50 degree). The 50 degree Hot Metal gap wedge is about 10 yards longer than the Vokey 50 degree and the Hot Metal 44 degree pitching wedge is about 12 yards longer than the gap wedge.

What appeals to me about raw wedges: wondering if they might improve my spin to better stop shots on the greens. I'll install Shot Scope tags on the raw wedges to gain accurate data.

Have played 55 rounds since April 1 this year - I'll give the raw wedges a real workout.

Really like the look of the wedge and would love to see how they can improve the favorite part of my game; chipping and pitching.

What Appeals to You About a Raw Wedge: I recently had raw wedges last year and was terrible disappointed with them... They were the Mizuno T20 wedges, but had been incredibly let down by their performance after all of the major benefits I have heard about them. Would love to see how these compare to the normal version of them.

What Appeals to You About a Raw Wedge

Potentially extra spin from a raw wedge, and the new grooves.

Currently play chrome and want a different finish because of glare, also wedges are only thing in my bag I haven't upgraded this year, they are just comfy and familiar but need to try a raw finish and new wedge because I need more full shot spin.

Titleist SM6 54 - 60

Lack of glare in the few times it occurs, increased friction coefficient from chromed wedges, most wedges in the past were sand blasted at the score lines.

Current wedges: Mizuno t20 in blue, 52, 56, 60.

Raw appeals to me because of a lack of glare and I love the rusted look once they get some wear on them.
