On the positive side, at least they are still in business and getting new products launched and orders out...albeit slowly. For me, it would put my mind at ease if there was better/easier order tracking for Ping. Contact your retailer and get the order number from them. You can then use that with Ping Customer Service so you don't have to continue going through the retailer as mediator. We have to purchase spirits from our state controlled distributor and they are running at about 20-25% out of stocks on warehoused items. Big brands, Bacardi, Crown Royal, Smirnoff, ETC. Times between shipments are running in the 45-60 day time frame and due to this, those of us who are paying attention are buying inventory accordingly, which in turn adds to the overall shortages. I'm glad I have the space to mostly order accordingly to what our customers look for. Specialty items are a different animal, but the issues are widespread. I expect supply chain issues to not be fully corrected for another year, based on what I'm seeing. Patience, they tell me..... Hmmm shipping delays for golf and booze. MarkCPA
I ordered a set of 425 irons back on 2/21/21 via my fitter. The irons are standard length and lie. All I'm having done is changing the shaft. Now, here we are five weeks later and there's no sign of my irons. Anyone here seeing similar time passing by on a really routine, no adjustment order? sixcat
Although I haven't placed the order yet, I have been working with the PGA Professional at my home club getting fit for i210 irons, G425 MAX driver and Glide 3.0 wedges for the past 3 weeks. We are scheduled to finish everything up Monday and place the order. The Ping rep that services our area has been great to work with. He has been honest and upfront from the outset. He has been telling us, Ping has double the sales of this time last year, which was their best year on record. Turnaround is averaging approximately 10 to 12 weeks. To be honest, your fitter should already know this and passed that information along to you. MarkCPA and Rickp

Even when I had mine sent to get the loft and lie done a few years back it took nearly 8 weeks to get them back. That was even in the off season, so hopefully yours will be arriving sometime soon. However as they have said above I could imagine it taking a bit longer with them being as busy as they are. It’s not always the club manufacture that is the cause of the delay but rather a component. Some shafts like Nippon modus have long delays where august is expected ship date for most brands. Hook DeLoft
I think some may get lucky depending on what is ordered. A guy at my course ordered G425 irons when they hit the market and received them in about 3 weeks. Obviously, the shafts and grips he ordered were in stock. I ordered a Glide lob wedge about 6 weeks ago and haven’t heard a peep. I’m not irritated, though. It’s tough out there for companies that rely on deliveries from overseas. This would be a good time to be someone for whom standard specs are a perfect fit. I wish I could walk into a shop and walk out with irons with standard shafts and specs.
