Yep - that's the Staff Model ball at around 97 compression.  The new ball is going to be very interesting to say the least. It's fair to say it's probably something that has never been done in modern times. And it's sure to be a bit, uhhh, polarizing.

And i know many companies say this about a new ball.  But this one definitely raised the eyebrows of everyone at the table. 

I have a sleeve of them. Im afraid to try them and lose them 😳

Well it will be interesting for me to see the wedges. I always loved Wilson wedges the 58 Staff being the Holy Grail. The beloved Cleveland 588 is a copy of the famed 58 Staff SW. I am also a big fan of the Wilson JP series. And for you newbies JP in this case means Joe Phillips  ( chief designer for Wilson in 50s 60s 70s) not James Patrick. Found it funny when TM copied the WS bore through on their newer wedges

The V6 replacement will have to be a hell of a iron to beat the V6's which might be the most underrated iron of all time.

I hope they skip the V8, V10, V12, V16 and go right for the V20.  We something good to remember this year by.  A nice set of forged Wilson’s... might not be good by most people’s standards, but at least a few of us can enjoy it.

Or simply “Staff Model” on the back of a CB will work.

So I will respect the embargo. But I did talk to my guy today and I heard that the driver either is in play right now or will be in play with Gary woodland. The ball sounds interesting. It is either in play on the European tour right now or it will be in 2021 with four European players and at least one PGA player. He did not share any pics of anything new.
