Buddy just picked up a set for me from his local Costco and will be meeting up with him tomorrow! Will post a review later this week after a round with them.

You're forgetting the 50 pounds of fruit roll ups....which are clearly for guests and kids and won't be consumed solely by me.

Yep I saw the review after my buddy picked it up for me. I hit a few short chips and lob shots with the 56 at my local course practice area. So far so good.

I got them, and they look really nice, the bounce is 10 on the 52&56 degree, and 8 on the 60 degree. They spin pretty well, although that could be because of the fresh grooves. It has a true temper shaft and an unbranded grip. only thing I don't like is the grip's alignment, it looks like it is set up open because on the grip, the "Kirkland" stands out more than the "Signature".

Played a round with them last weekend and they are replacing the bombtech wedges in my bag. Friends commented on the look and feel. Was hitting the right distances with the clubs and they have a heavier swing weight than the bombtechs.

Time to revive this thread. Found the V2 wedges online for the same price as in store. Gonna buy some today and see how they do. My complaint about the V1 wedge was the lack of bounce for my game as well as leading edge being too sharp. They seem to have changed the grind on these a little bit. Will report back later on how they do.

Went and did some green side play with the 52º and 56º wedges today. On short little chips, the leading edge is still sharp and gets eaten up by the rough a little easier than my RTX-6 54º wedge. On half shots, the wedges performed fairly well. I’m going to put all 3 of them in my bag for the next few rounds and see how it goes.

Here are a bunch of comparison photos between the V1 and V2 wedges.

V2 wedges on the left and V1 on the right.

Wedges separated by loft. V2 wedges still on the left. You can see the difference in the labeling. V2 wedges have a thicker/easier to read font.

V2 wedge is farther away. It is a much cleaner looking wedge. Clearly they listened to people who complained about how big the KS logo is.

Face comparison. The V2 wedge doesn’t have as much of a shine on the toe.

Interestingly, the V1 wedge had a Kirkland Signature sticker with a “Powered By True Temper” logo. That is not the case on the new ones. Wonder if they are not made by True Temper anymore?

You can see the difference in grind. This was the 52º. V2 is on the right. Smaller sole, not as sharp of a leading edge.

This is the 56º. V2 is on the right.

This was the 60º. V2 is on the right.

I played a round today and I've got to say, these wedges are actually pretty good. I replaced the grips to match the rest of my clubs. The feel and weight of these as actually really nice. Consider me impressed.

Awesome! I'm actually super surprised at how different they really are - REALLY appreciated the time and effort to post all the pictures.
