Wait, you could message them?  All I get is a little box that says click if you think this is an error, and then another box pops up that says thank you.

You can go to report a problem and send a message, also can email support.instagram.com.  Neither seem to work though.

yeah, when I got my week long action block some of mine were removed too.  I still cant figure out how you comment so much without getting an action block

Its annoying...  my original account got blocked for a week, I got it back and made 3-4 comments then blocked for another week
