They’ve said spin will be added, but it will be a software component. Shouldn’t mean there is any need for new hardware. I think they’re still trying to get the product out there and drive up sales. I haven’t heard of anything in the way of a new product.

Had a friend on mine yesterday just to prove it will show a driver distance greater than 215 and 7 iron beyond 135

Notice his consistent Apex on 7i and Driver Thats pretty much ideal!

oh and he immediately told me to order 4 of these for him and his buddies!

I only found a couple.  Both were identical distances with my PW—i don’t hit a SW 100 yards

Yep. They were landing right at or just short of the 100 yard flag. 
 

i’ll have to try some 40 to 60 yard shots on couese one day when i get out there

Have you used it inside? My wife gave the thumbs up, but now I see the shot racer won't work inside, have you tested that?

No my use will be 100% outdoors.  That was one of the determining factor in going with it.   It rated as the best outdoor unit. 
 

You may want to join the Rapsodo FB page.  There are a fair amount of players there using it in a garage or basement.  Very strong lighting seems to be the key thing for that.
