eads77m
I just picked up a dozen to try and was just curious on what peoples thoughts on this ball may be. I am a high handicapper and like the titleist trufeel and wilson elite 50. I may try even the srixon soft feel and z star. I plan to eventually stay with one brand just kind of playing options and just reaching out for thoughts. JDHolmes
I used to love the e6 balls and used them exclusively. When they moved to speed and soft, their performance (for me) changed so i stopped playing them completely. When u find one on the course,it goes straight to the practice bucket.Sent from my SM-G950U using MyGolfSpy mobile app
NC Golfer
I like the Soft Feel. You can get the prev gen cheap on line. They feel good with a mid-soft 60 compression and have a nice yellow color. For the hot weather and harder greens, I like to take a break with Q Star Tour for greenside spin. We did a forum test on the e12's and the whites seemed to have a pretty bad durability issue. Good ball, but I was going through 1- 2 balls in a round.. and not because I was losing them. At the end of the day, a ProV was a better value. the more I practice, the luckier I seem to get.. darkdance
this ball helped me get down to a 7 hcp ... found them surprisingly long with my hogan apex edge pro's and standard apex shafts, this is a great ball for lower-mid trajectory on your irons ... for me an exact duplicate to the AVX... this is an amazing ball for irons .. also lower spin for someone hitting down on his driver a bit and a very straight ball, if you chip with your 9 to GW this is a great ball for mid roll without that sharp check a proV gives you... on large and 2-tier greens I used my 8/7 irons with great results with uphill chip shots, bump and runs is a must where i play and this ball doesnt stick agains the grain as much as a proV... depending on your type of grass obviously, approach shots on firm-ish greens give you about 2m roll out with your mid irons and under a meter with short irons, try a 6 iron putting stroke from inside 40m to a down hill green front pin with this ball and no more bladed chip shots, great feel and distance control on my putter, what ever you do ..find a ball and play with it ... i stuffed around for over a year jumping from ball to ball with little improvement

eads77m
Sorry to take so long to respond to you. I haven't had a chance to play here in the Midwest because of the weather lately. My review of it may have to wait until spring unless I can get on a simulator or something. Soon as I can I will give an update. fixyurdivot
I received a box of e6 a few years ago and liked those pretty well. I've not played the e12 but in case you hadn't seen this review, thought I'd include the link. russtopherb
Played the e12 a few weeks ago on a par 3 course with my son. Nice feel, decent performance. I can't say too much though since there weren't any drivers involved and the weather was on the cooler side.
