McGolf
Mitchell and Scotland used to be the ones to get. Scotland went away and Trublue is the new version of the same. Filling the void until trublue came out golf mechanix and golf works both produced models that were meant for the hobbyist. They offered multiple models based on the effort loft and lie adjustments the user was willing to do. If you are doing this on the side and dont see much traffic in this area I would look at the GM and GW mid range models or the mitchell used market. If you are going to jump into the adjustment game with both feet then look heavily at Trublue or Mitchel then the top end of the GM lines Urbs_Valhalla, fixyurdivot, MattF and 2 others 5 Quote Driver - 44.5" 5.0 flex 10.5 deg Graphite Design XC 6S GP MCC4+ 1 deg closed Irons - 5-pw, GW stnd length 5.0 flex same grip 1 deg flat. RookieBlue7
I have a True Blue in my garage after years of owning Mitchell Machines. The true blue will bend anything so 1 machine instead of multiple machines is why. Driver to putter, if it’s got a hosel that can be bent, the true blue will do it. that said they’re not cheap. The used market is a good place to look imo. You can buy a cheap one now or buy a good one and never have to replace it. Mitchell or True Blue would be where I’d go Headhammer and Nolan220 2 Quote In The BagDriver: TaylorMade M2 (2017) w/ Project X T1100 HZRDUS Handcrafted 65x Strong 3 wood: Taylormade M1 15* w/ ProjectX T1100 HZRDUS handcrafted 75x3 Hybrid: Adams PRO 18* w/ KBS Tour Hybrid S flex tipped 1/2"4 Hybrid: Adams PRO 20* (bent to 21*) w/ KBS Tour Hybrid S flex tipped 1/2"4-AW: TaylorMade P770 w/ Dynamic Gold Tour Issue Black Onyx S400 SW: 56* Scratch Tour Dept(CC grooves) w/ Dynamic Gold SpinnerLW: 60* Scratch Tour Department (CC grooves) w/ Dynamic Gold SpinnerXW: 64* Cally XForged Vintage w/ DG X100 8 iron tiger steppedPutter: Nike Method Prototype 006 at 34"Have a ton of back-ups in all categories, but there are always 14 clubs in the bag that differ depending on the course and set-up. jaskanski
+1 on the True Blue or Mitchell. Both excellent machines with their own benefits, but only if you're serious about club making. If you're not, you may want to consider saving a lot on another cheaper alternative (Golfsmith for example). When it comes to bending, don't neglect your tools either. As far as I'm concerned, the Mitchell adjustable is the best by far.

McGolf
The Golfwork model I mentioned to fixurdivot would be be the choice at about $800. However I would also look at Golf Mechanix. The reverse thrust machine is probably the best outside the mitchell / trublue units. fixyurdivot, MattWillGolf and MattF 3 Quote Driver - 44.5" 5.0 flex 10.5 deg Graphite Design XC 6S GP MCC4+ 1 deg closed Irons - 5-pw, GW stnd length 5.0 flex same grip 1 deg flat. Drop Zone Golf
If I don't get a good trade in price then I "may" have a near new TourGage Mitchell machine to sell as I might upgrade to digital. dlow206
Been doing more research recently especially on pricing. The $800 Golfworks/Golf Mechanix machine ends up being almost the same price (at least in the same realm) as the Mitchell entry level machine. The Mitchell is like $1550 including shipping. The Golfworks does not come with a stand or bending bar. Add in the stand, bending bar, shipping, and tax, you get to about $1400 (where i live has pretty high sales tax). The Mitchell price includes stand and bending bar. fixyurdivot 1 Quote Follow my golf journey to break into the 80s Tester for the Titleist TSi Driver Spring 2020 MGS Tester for the Fujikura Motore X Shaft Updated 07/15/2022 Driver: Rogue St Max LS - Autoflex Fairway Woods: Rogue Max St 3HL and 7 Wood Irons: JPX 921 Hot Metal 5 to AW - Aerotech Steelfiber i95 Stiff parallel tip Wedges: Glide 4.0 54 and 58 Putter: PLD Custom Kushin

Yes, I talked to MR3 about the True Blue that is an all in one. It can't bend the really big mallets, i think they said up to 3" in diameters. This is how the True Blue clamps Here is the standalone putter bending machine Quote Follow my golf journey to break into the 80s Tester for the Titleist TSi Driver Spring 2020 MGS Tester for the Fujikura Motore X Shaft Updated 07/15/2022 Driver: Rogue St Max LS - Autoflex Fairway Woods: Rogue Max St 3HL and 7 Wood Irons: JPX 921 Hot Metal 5 to AW - Aerotech Steelfiber i95 Stiff parallel tip Wedges: Glide 4.0 54 and 58 Putter: PLD Custom Kushin

McGolf
Mitchell is a work horse, Ive had mine for 20 yrs. The trublue is the scotland type equivalent. THe folks that have them seem to love them. GM model is very much a Scotland like unit that is more affordable. I cant attest to the longevity because ive never used them.
