Trying to figure out how you guys are getting them before me, feel like I live closer to Carlsbad...

Mine is sitting at Fedex. It got to the local delivery station this morning, but they didn't put it on the truck because its not "due for delivery" until tomorrow. Thats ok, I can't take it out for a test spin until after Wednesday anyway.

I got a Fed Ex alert though our work email that there were major delivery disruptions in parts of the NW and upper MW due to the fires/storms etc.

Is that why my iphone 12 is missing in action LOL?

Can't wait for the TSi to come, there is a lot of excitement in the unboxing of it. I think i will take a video of the unboxing.

Nope. I went in open minded and let the fitters do their things. Hit both during both fittings, TSi3 was good but better overall numbers for me with the 2.

Just looked at the Trackman numbers again.  The 2 actually had lower spin 2600 vs 3100.  Also much better contact with 2 and as a result more ball speed.   9 yards more carry 16 yards more total.

Yeah, for some reason i read your fitting post multiple times but somehow overlooked that you ended up in the TSi 2. The TSi 2 is great. Seems to get less hype, but I think it will fit more people. Also, I love the look of the TSi 2, its confidence insipring to my eye.

The plastic is off!!!!  Surprise, it's a Titleist TSi2.  Brand new.  Wow.

I'll start working on the official review tomorrow.  I know it's traditional to compare the new driver to ones gamer.  Well, over the years, I've had a lot of drivers.

Some fun for a Monday night:

I think the “hype” depends on where you’re reading or watching.  I know you have seen all the talk on WRX about the TX shaft, so a large part is coming from that segment.   And if it fits them best, then great.  That’s ultimately what TItleist wants, players to be fit in what gives them the best gains.

The 2 will definitely fit a wider range of players. The fitter said he has fit far more into the TSi2. Even players that were previously in the TS3.  Sure there will be guys like Heath and Derek that have the 110’ish swing speeds that will no doubt fit the 3.  But the 2 is the one that will compete against the G425 Max when it’s released.

I'm glad you're testing the 2. I loved it from the swings I took with it, but the fitter quickly seemed to want me in the 3 so that he could move some weight over to the toe. I like the look and sound of the 3 better so I was happy with that, but until you get out on the course to test it under pressure you just don't know for sure...

You are definitely a better player and faster swinger than me, so makes sense that you fit into the 3.

while those two qualities may have a role in why he fitted into the 3, they are probably not as important as the ball flight characteristics seen in trackman and the ball flight itself along with his swing.

Thanks for that closeup face shot. I have been seeing pictures of The Whole head but that detail is great. Without seeing a logo, I would never match that face to a titleist product.

I agree! In a way, it reminds me of what Cobra did with their milled face on the F8, at least as far as looks go.
