Callaway Warranties

Hey there, have any of you ever dealt with Callaway warranty? I have a very thin line on my rogue and I cant tell if I should be worried about it, if it will lead to future issues or if it is purely cosmetic. I know they give two years on their clubs and we are coming up on that now that 2020 is coming to a close, so I'm debating sending it in, but if thy deny me it might be a waste of shipping costs. Etc. Take a look at these pics and let me know! Or for those of you who have done this, what has your experience been?

Never had one issue with a Cally warranty. I have cracked every driver from the FT3 to the Epic and always covered.

In the UK Callaway Customer Support and warranty is 2nd to none in my experience. Quality of products sometimes I would question but when questioned they have responded very well.

Contact them now would be my advice.

Cally customer service is fantastic. When I broke the shaft on my RAZR Fit they took my credit card over the phone as a safeguard, then sent me a brand new Big Bertha. I put the broken driver in the box with the return label they included, and that was all she wrote.

Wow that's awesome! I guess I will give it a go then!

I only fear is if they send me a new one and then I send them my old one, if they think that my old one did not deserve to be covered, would I then be charged the full price of a new driver?

Follow up for the few folks who wanted to know! I decided to take it into the local golf shop and have them send it in to Callaway to see what they say. I figured this was a way to avoid the fear that I be charged if the warranty was rejected. I will let you know what they say!

Keep us updated. When I had my issue, it was resolved in a 10 minute phone call. They asked model, where I bought it, when I bought it, etc. and had me describe the damage. Piece of cake.

Great news everyone! Received a call from the golf shop that Callaway will be sending me a new Mavrik! Woo! What great customer service!

Once the store receives the new one, they will send back my old one and I can choose if I want my current shaft or the one in the new club. LOVE IT.

I reached out to Callaway. Will see. But with my club head no longer screwing into my shaft, I am curious if they will cover it under warranty. It’s 2 months shy of the two year mark.

I’m guessing yes if they have the components.

I want to say my driver was a little over 2 years past release date (I had bought it new on closeout) and they totally took care of me, and I've heard plenty of stories of the same.

Do you know what broke?  Screw, adapter, head?   if it is the screw or adapter,  it would be a fairly inexpensive fix.

I believe it’s the screw or adapter. I just don’t have the time to take it to my club builder. Plus, my wife is starting to question why do I always need my clubs fixed.

Callaway coming through for me. Sending me a new shaft (to length and grip i prefer). I send the old one back and all hopefully is kosher. They are also sending me a screw just incase the shaft swap doesn't fix it. I call this a knock out of the park from an OEM.
