In DJ's interview after, he had a tough time talking and tried not to break down. For the golfing machines that these guys are it's nice to see they are humbled after achieving a life long goal.

you can see the layout and the architecture of the course much better without a few thousand people in the way. 

just one of the positives i took away from a masters without fans.

Sheesh, when he plays like this it's hard to picture anyone beating him. I thinking I like DJ's chances at the grand slam more than Rory's at this point!

Rory has some demons at Augusta.  It may take a few more years, but I think it will happen.  

DJ just dominated the course.  I thought he was losing it with those two bogeys early, but he came back from those nicely and poured it on.  His putting is so much better this year.  I think that's the difference.

I’m not a Bryson Basher, but with all the talk that he was going to destroy the course.  How ironic is it, he finished behind Benhard Langer who averaged less than 260 off the tee all week, but hit 87% of fairways.

On another note, it’s a good thing we have a few SIM drivers in stock at the course.  I have a feeling at least a couple people will come in asking about them.  It happens whenever DJ has a phenomenal driving performance, people come in asking for the “DJ Driver”

Length will always be king.  Everyone there is a very talented golfer and just because you can hit it long doesn't mean you won't score high and hit bad shots just like short hitters can still shoot low rounds.   The approach Bryson is using to play golf will become the way of the future.   From a course perspective, if you don't like what players will be doing,  leave tall trees that players can't go over.

It blows my mind that the guy who shot 67-68-69-69 and is the ONLY player in history to have all rounds in the 60's at Augusta...lost. Puts DJs performance in perspective a bit. 

I wonder, given that we saw two records broken, if they could have done the same if it had been played in April... guess we'll find out soon enough!

They did mention they moved the tees on 13 back snd to the far left to make it hard for anyone to hit over the corner. 
 

But you are right, length will be the difference maker more times than not.   I judt found it funny, about the polar opposites in the Bryson/ Langer scores.   But of course Bernhard has a couple more rounds there them Bryson. Ha
