I really enjoy hitting them.  Good feel and sound off of the face.  Distance is consistent with the Callaway Rogues I was playing.  

 

For the price you're getting a modern players iron that competes with all of the "big boys" at a better value. 

 

Where Sub70 absolutely shines is their customer service.  Their not going to force clubs in you unless they're right for you.  I highly recommend them.

Thanks  I love the Bettinardi.

The feel is nice off the face.  I seem to get a truer roll than my prior flatstick (Cleveland Huntington Beach #1)

 

The Lampkin Sink Fit grip feels really good.  A nice blend of comfort and tackiness in a size that stops me from getting "handsy", without being jumbo sized. 

 

I think it looks great too, so that helps inspire confidence behind the ball.  All in all I couldn't be happier.

great set-up man!  You never can go wrong with the blacked out irons, no matter what route you go.  Lots of people talking about those sub70's too so they definitely should be good performers.

I'm really enjoying the 699 Pros thus far.  I agree about the blacked out irons.  They just look so "mean", for lack of a better term.

I would agree!  I think I'm gonna get my Mizuno's refinished in a copper finish because... well just cause it looks so amazing!  BUT... I do love black irons.  My wedges are all black or dark finish.  Find it's just so suiting to the eyes.

Copper would look fantastic.  Those limited MP20's Mizuno released last year looked soooo amazing.  

 

Definitely make sure to post yours if you get them done.  I'd love to see them.
