Shipping delays

I know we've talked about this before but I thought I would share Ping's estimated delivery of i210 iron sets--14 weeks.  The rep I spoke to said the delay was in getting the heads.  The shafts weren't the problem.  At least, not the shafts I was interested in.

That's rough. It has to be they just haven't recovered inventory levels of the hardware yet from the shutdowns. I ordered a G400 crossover last month and got it in ~ 17 days so I think they are getting whatever they can out the door, but my guess is the increased demand for golf combined with the virus shutting down China all those months ago they just don't have the parts to make all of these clubs.

I've heard that it is wise to ask about the exact reasons for delay. In some cases it was because they were waiting on a single iron head (usually the 4 iron) and you could talk them into shipping the partial order.

Ordered a custom set of G410 irons on 8/21 through Global Golf...still waiting, thinking I might end up getting them after the G445’s are introduced.

I was quoted 15 days, 15 days turned to 3-4 weeks from the initial order time. All said and done just shy of 6 weeks. Albeit mizuno not Ping.
