Are there any indoor simulators in our area? I've heard a rumor about Severn Golf getting one but having seen anything on their site yet.

DMV is a pretty big area. I use the one at my golf spy headquarters when I can get over there

Valid point LOL. ok so lets change it to 2 hours from southern Maryland.

Not sure how far you are from Fairfax County VA.  But some of the county run public courses have indoor simulators, I think Pinecrest is one. Never tried it, but I saw them on their page when booking a tee time.

Lake Presidential is probably an hour to hour 15 minutes from you, they had one, and probably still do.

If Severn Golf is close enough for you then South River might work, they have an indoor sim room, so depending on where in Southern MD, that could be an option. Also NightHawk in Gambrills.

South river is private so not sure if it would be open to non members. Nighthawk doesn’t have a simulator for public use.

2ndswing used to rent out bays but has stopped it during covid when retail access was restricted. I haven’t looked at their website in a while to see if they changed that and allow rentals again.

igolf72 in Columbia could be an option

I didn't know NightHawk had one will have to have my old man swing by and ask them about it.

Nighthawk does not have one for use by the public. For fitting they have a trackman and a fitter in staff.

I went to 2nd Swing in November for a fitting and the bays were still restricted to fittings only.

That’s good to know. I was getting tempted to try and go there to hit balls.

might have to look at getting some good buddies together and reserving a bay for some Indoor golf at igolf72. It’s like $60/hour

We had two reserved for today for two hours each, for a work outing.  They allow 4 per bay.   We had to postpone it with the snow, but will be doing it again soon.

I see where I fit into the 4some

thanks for the info on how many per bay. I quickly glanced thru their site when I saw the building on my way to a gym in the back of that complex. I saw they broke it down to what it would be per person if booked but wasn’t sure if you could go more than 4

dang for 60 an hour that isn't bad pulling up their site now.
