All of the “insiders” are saying there will be a Super Bowl trailer.  Makes sense, the Kenobi series will be the biggest thing since the prequel series.  Getting out to the widest audience would definitely align the $’s with the viewership.

The one thing I love about the mandalorian and boba fett. Is the great artwork in the ending credits. The music and the pics are so soothing

Funny because the other day I just started the Star Wars Attack of the Clones series with little Ivan since Mickey Mouse was starting to drive me a little mad.... put it on today and wasn't until I saw this thread that I remembered today was Star Wars day.

That series got me to watch Star Wars. Son loved that show and got him into it. Was never a Star Wars watcher until that show.

Happy Star Wars day and May the 4th be with you! I think Disney Plus missed out on the perfect opportunity to put the Obi Wan series today, but I'm still really excited to watch it once it hits on the 27th. It looks awesome!

Originally it was supposed to be May 25th which will be the 45th anniversary of the release of the original film, which would have been very cool.

Stoked for the upcoming Obiwan series!

 

Book of Boba Fett was ok.  It was neat to see Boba Fett as old and kinda washed up.  Champions Tour time for him!!

The Obiwan series should be awesome. I would agree Boba Fett was ok. Attack of the Clones and Mandalorian are excellent.

Just finished Clone Wars a month or so ago. Pretty good as long as Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, Anakin, Maul, Grievous, or Dooku were involved. I love The Mandalorian, but I wish they would have let Boba Fett be it's own show instead of turning it into Mandalorian season 2.5 

***SPOILER (IF YOU HAVEN"T WATCHED BOBA FETT****

 

Like Yogurt says it's all about the merchandising, but I wish they would not have brought Grogu back. The story line wrapped up very cleanly and there was emotional weight to his leaving with Luke. Not to mention watching a fully powered Luke Skywalker carve through Dark Troopers is the coolest Star Wars moment since the OG trilogy. And you can come @ me on that. Mando has his hands full with the Darksaber, Death Watch, finding out who he wants to be (given his order is actually the religious zealots), and basically the entire future of Mandalore on his shoulders. Plus a dude's still gotta make a living, and now he has an Imperial Cruiser...wait what happened to that???

Grogu could have been shown on the upcoming Ahsoka series training with Luke and anything else they wanted to do with him. Also Luke forcing him to choose between the way of the Jedi & Mandalorian is the antithesis of his journey to becoming a Jedi master as he embraced his attachments, the opposite of the old Jedi ways to shun them. Plus then we get a Yoda-Jedi-Mandalorian combo what's not to love?

Haven't been online too much looking at any news but now I'm going to have to look it up. I'm really excited that it's only one more day until we get the Kenobi series.

Mando 3, Ashoka next year.  ANDOR series this august.  New one with Jude Law in 2023…
