juspoole 3,351
I've got Mavrik sub zero now and it's been easily the best driver for my game that I've had in quite some time. Dispersion both laterally and vertically has been great and much tighter. I have the weight back for what it's worth and it's been working well and takes plenty of spin off compared to other drivers for me. Truthfully have not toyed that much with the weight up front since it's been working well. A club pro friend recently hit the epic Speed and gained 11 yards on average. Was very surprised by this as he plays around a +1 handicap as it is, so usually new clubs are just marginally different for him since he is a good player already and swings most drivers well. Not sure about the shaft combo that was used and that could make the difference in fitting as well. ballplayer002003 1,446
I have to say, I have the Flash sub zero and love it. I tried the Maverick and didn't like it as much. It felt a bit more muted to me and I don't really like that feeling. I would hit this one, just to compare it but I am sure it's going to cost a ton so unless I am getting that 11 yard gain or more, I don't see me changing anything. I like how they put more jailbreak bars in though. Shank Aaron 356
I'm VERY anxious to try it. I went from the Rogue (2018), to the Flash SZ (2019), to the to the Mavrik (2020). Loved the Flash and Mavrik. HATED the Rogue! Had unreal distance with the Flash (285 avg in 2019), but far better control (68% FIR in 2020) with the Mavrik, had a hefty ball budget with the Rogue.
